Each organization must maintain at least one Administrative User, who will manage the account and will be EDA's primary contact. Both user types get their own personalized Catapult account, with access to the core Catapult functionality such as Queries, Watches, all export types, and the Catapult Analytics Tools. In addition to the basic functionality, each Administrative User receives the following additional features:

| Ownership of setting up and managing all your organization's Standard User accounts, including limiting their data access by geography or equipment type. | ||
| Ability to share Queries with all other users within your organaization. | ||
| Ability to save copies of your Queries or Watches to the other users within your organization | ||
| Access to the List Match Tool. |
