Why was I unexpectedly logged out of Catapult?

Issue: You are using Catapult and all of a sudden you are unexpectedly logged out (kicked out) of your Catapult session.

Potential Cause: The Internet Explorer session on your computer contains older, or corrupt, versions of java script.

Description: The Internet Explorer session on your computer has java script that is needed for Catapult to perform all its functions correctly. Occassionally, the java script on the users computer may become corrupt or may not automatically refresh when EDA makes Catapult enhancements.

Resolution: Clearing the old java script from your computer typically resolves this issue. Delete your Temporary Internet Files. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options. On the "General" tab of Internet Options, choose "Delete" under Browsing History and delete your Temporary Internet Files. Below are screenshots that show this process.
